Usage of NYP
The abbreviation NYP is used in texting and online communication to indicate that a particular issue, problem or situation is not the responsibility of the person being addressed. It is commonly used to politely refuse to get involved in a specific matter, or to simply let someone know that they do not need to worry or take any action in regard to a particular situation.
Example 1:
Person A: "Hey, do you think you can cover my shift tomorrow?"
Person B: "Sorry, NYP. I have plans already."
Example 2:
